It depends on several factors: Tourney vs. cash game, stack size, opponents stack size, if tourney - are you deep into it or at the beginning, position, actions of those before you. The hands you listed are worth shoving if you are late in a tourney with a short stack. If you have a medium stack, I would just call most raisers except with AA, KK, and AKs. You could consider 3-betting with QQ or JJ, but be ready to fold if you get 4/5 bet from other opponents. In a cash game, with a deep stack it is not worth risking a big stack for 5-12 bbs (depending on the action before you). If a villain opens with a big raise and you have a super strong hand, then go for it. But otherwise, call and see a flop. A pair is just a pair, and sometimes flops are not kind to premium hands. Gl!
