I think it's a great hand for a final table although there are mitigating factors I think that nobody could blame you for playing all in pocket Q-Q at a final table or I would do the same luck greetings:elefant:
As abzdolc said, you should definitely move all in in this scenario, except if you are sure other people are going to bust before you do, but that is only if the pay jump is worth it. You should check out Independent Chip Model (ICM) to better understand the situations where you should fold these premium hands in order to keep alive in the tournament.
You can fold if like more than 2-3 people go all in. I mean it's final table so more money, it's worth it, but in any other case on any position u must go all in, it's a good hand for that.
You can call, but if has 1 player who calls before you, you should think about the ICM and fold the hand, else, if rest just you to call, easy call and GL.
I would even disregard payjumps and ICM. Best paid place is place No1 and here you have a good chance to climb up. On the other hand, who is gonna call this all-in and take the chips away from the other guys? Someone has to play...Call Raise shove with QQ on FT every single time. Just imagine you don't, but the next one does and beats AKo with his pair of nines...
Next hand this player might take you out and he could be already knocked out.
Look at it from the other side. At 10 BB you would normaly shove it when you are first action on table. You cant wait to get better starting hands because this is one of the best. Do the call
Calling all-in with pocket QQ with a stack of 10 BB is a good solution to get a chance to double the stack or to take the pot on the pre-flop. If at the final table your stack is ≤10BB, the optimal strategy is push / fold. In this situation, you can not allow the blinds to pass through you.
As others said, unless say 3 people shoved before you in which case there is a decent chance they have Aces or Kings then you have to play the hand because you might not get as strong a hand again before you get blinded out.
less than 10bb = all in with any pair/AT+/ JK+, if you're in position with no raise infront of you
if there was a raise then it's TT+
that's a rule if table average is 30+bb
if average is 10-20BB, then you can keep sitting tightly
but ofc QQ+ is a hand to push with...
no need to open with a raise and let someone hit ace on the flop...
