6h is on the board and 7h, Qh have already been counted, so 14 looks correct.

They are correct with 14.

Flush draw usually 9 outs - minus 8h (completes villain full house) so 8 outs

Plus 3x 7 and 3x Q as 7h & qh included in the 8outs for flush draw.

8+6 = 14 outs [emoji4]

indeed, you are absolutely right, I thought that when calculating the outs in this scenario, I would have to calculate with the joint possibilities on the turn and the river.
The real reasoning is to calculate the possible outs on the turn, after the card comes on the turn, the outs on the river are calculated!
