During the last month I Have had being Playing Too Much, I love this game I really do but something is secure, if you play to many hands during a day your stress go high and your concentration decreases, you star to pay for really bad hands and you don´t care if you go ALL IN with nothing.
Me recommendation is to keep the fire burning choose your tournaments, and make sure yo designate this time only to play poker anything else.
remember your concentration will be key to increase or lose your bank roll.
