When should you check, call, raise or fold when you have an open ended straight after the flop? I have had this a lot lately and usually will call a small or 1/2 pot bet to see the turn. When I don't hit I will usually fold to
the turn bet. I realize that it depends on bet, pit and stack sizes but are there any general guidelines?
