You are playing Oop
It’s a raised pot Preflop raiser is dealer
You call preflop
See a reasonable good hand on the flop and want more money in pot
Which scenarios would you lead out betting ?
Which scenarios would you check call or check raise?

When to have a leading (donk betting) range is a complicated topic, and I am not sure, there are many boards, where its correct BTN vs. BB. In theory you might want to lead on boards, where you have a range advantage, but these situations rarely exist BTN vs. BB, because both players have a wide range. BTN will also have hands, that hit low boards, and in addition he have the big overpairs, which BB does not have.

So I think, if you just always check in this spot, you are probably not going to wrong. If you do want to sometimes lead though, it would probably still be on the low boards and certainly not on A high boards, since these heavily favour BNTs range. The hands to lead with would then be a mixture of good made hands and draws.

A check-raising range on the other hand should be a mixture of very good made hands and draws, since you are building a very large pot this way, and therefore you dont to have a hand, that can not handle a big pot later. So for instance you do not want to check-raise with K9 on 963 rainbow. But you could do it with 66 or 87.

The main disadvantage of having a leading range is, that it leave your checking range very weak, which is problematic against good thinking players. If you lead very often, whenever you connect with the board, that sort of tell your opponent, that you did not connect, when you check. And then he can profitably C-bet with any two cards.

So you basically create a balance problem. However if your opponents are bad and not paying attention, or not knowing how to adjust, that is less of a worry. So maybe it can make sense to lead very often against someone, who open to many hands from BTN and fold to much to donk bets. If he continue to fold, you are printing money, so why not.
