Realize that every poker room is different.
Many rooms let you play with real money without depositing (play either freerolls, or they give you a no-deposit welcome bonus), some rooms require a deposit.
Withdrawal may have conditions, especially if a bonus or freeroll wining is involved. Conditions may be in the amount, or identification.

in the mean time, although you didn't ask, consider:
- play money is a lousy way to learn poker, most people conclude that it's useless as preparation for real money
- to play real money freerolls
- only deposit when you know you are a winning player, to speed up the time otherwise lost to build a bankroll with freerolls

You can withdrawal you money on you credit card directly or on your online wallet and then to your bank...good luck

The funniest thing is that you can make a deposit in any way, even transfer from your phone, and there are not many ways to withdraw money. And you'll have to prove that it's you - the identity of the person (this is so in PokerStars):sheep:
