Need help with improving in poker

Hi guys, I am spending a lot of time analysing my game lately, and there are few questions that I have been asking myself. I have seen that I have trouble with some spots where I actually do not know what the correct play is and there are few general questions about ranges.
So the questions (6max):
-What to do in a spots from CO or MP after UTG open when we have ATs-AQs or 88-JJ? should we flat or 3bet?
-What should be our 3betting preflop SB range?; should we flat against one opener from SB w/QJo,KQo,TT,JJ,AQo,AJo,ATo...or 3bet more often?
-What should be mine bb flatting/defending range?
-What is the optimal 3bet range preflop by position? Is there any site or anyone who has already some 3bet ranges built?

Hi guys,
first of all, thanks for answering, appreciate it. I have searched for the answers on this forum but could not find any answers on these specific questions, I would appreciate if u link me some relevant posts.

@Runestylez: rfi ranges I already have, I also have ranges when facing 3bet preflop but it is nice to do a comparison. I need my 3bet ranges IP and OOP and the help about those spots that I mentioned because I have seen that I struggle a lot in those situations.
