I am about to order the book called The Mental Game of Poker by Jared Tendler. Had anyone read it before and was the book helpful for you? Any recommendation is welcome.

For sure, the book is excellent. The part two too! Worth every penny. It's not about technical, but helps a lot to improve your game and your attitude not only as poker player, but also in your everyday life.
