J10 suited is not a loose call as it can make several nut straights and medium high flushes. It also plays well on high card boards vs villains who over play 1 pair hands.
J7 suited is a very loose call J8 somewhat loose.
Of course villain aggression preflop can change how loose any hands can be. Vs a single player who raises only AA KK QQ AK we could consider J10 loose however it does play very well post flop vs that villain better than JJ or 1010 does it also has 2% more equity.
it only has about 21% equity at best
