self-control is important at the tables how to have self-control to know how to handle the game with bets and cards. many times the lanterns are very bad for not having self-control. We lose chips unnecessarily.

what is your method to maintain self-control and wait for the right cards based on the way you play?

Forget the hand that you just played. You will never change the result and you waste time and energy brooding about it to the detriment of your decision making process during the current hand..

The key for me is focus----If I focus on each hand and each street and each villain then I do not become emotional. So by studying and then applying that study to each hand I am in control of myself----when I stop focusing that is when emotions regarding pas hands past sessions etc invade my mind
