Take a break and let the tilt fade.

The problem is to lose all the bankroll, you should not play tournaments that you can not pay, unless you have no problem making a new deposit.
The idea is that you can play with your bankroll at least 20 or 25 tournaments of the same price.

In most cases I play in freerolls, so there are no losses.

I take a break. Because it is in danger of destruction. Better not to play.

need BR management to start. play only games that you have a min of 20 buyins for. keep working on your game to continue to get better and keep grinding.

What do you do when you lose all the bankroll?
Instant deposit or pause in the game?

I personally experienced this a while back:eek:
I would not like to advise you to put back money right away.
Maybe you need some more practice.
So i would advise you to play all the freerolls you can get your hand on and you can also play with play-money chips at pokerstars or even the home games there.;)
This gives you a chance to build your own bankroll from scratch to who knows how much :)
And laterrr on after a few weeks of practicing and you've seen that you've improved you can try a 20$-50$.

But again.. this is all my own personal opinion:D

So practice and enjoy:)

I try to take a step back and not come back right away. Gets sick otherwise.

I usually take the time to cool my head, then I'll calm down and try to make the best decisions.

It is necessary to stop and understand what the problem is, what caused your failures! Take a break and analyze the situation)

There is no pro poker player that didnt wasted the whole bankrool at least once. If someone consider himself as profitable player but never had this problem, good for you, but personally i dont belive someone can become a strong poker player without some serious losses....the important part is to learn from your mistakes.

You need to take a break -- And not to play that day.

I've lost a series of small deposits over the span of a little more than a year. I've learned that I played far too much for my bankroll to have any chance to be built, regardless how well I played. I took no account for variance, tilt and/or improper play elongates downswings. In retrospect, I would've played with super conservative bankroll management, and with a bigger deposit initially in order to save myself the frustration of losing it all to begin with.

If you lose, don't play - so destiny protects you from losses. Never saw the point in a rebuy if you lost those received for the game.

It unwise to lose all your bankroll. Set yourself a lose limit, and once this has been reached, stop playing. Try to analyse how you arrived at such a situation, were you playing poor hands, were you beaten by better hands, or was is simply bad decisions you made. Don't play any more the day this happens, give yourself a good break.

If you went up on stakes before starting to lose, than it might make sens to re-deposit and go bake to the stakes you were profitable before. Otherwise take a break, and try to figure out what happened, was the bankroll to small to cover normal variation, or are you a losing player? Understanding your skill level is very important in order to decide what you need to do next.

I did the wrong thing.
First I increased the stakes and tried to get the losses back quicker.
Sometimes this worked.
But sometimes it makes the hole very much deeper.
Then I have to go back to the micros and grind away for a few months to recover the losses that had been sustained in just a few hours.

Finally after getting it wrong a few times I was able to employ a much lower stop loss by remembering the pains of the past.
Now I do the opposite and drop down and drop volume until things show signs of improvement.

I already had big losses and I committed what I consider a mistake: Deposit and return soon to the game.

I advise you to pause.
