Thank you for posting

How do we decide on poker sizing?

1 SPR Stack to Pot Ratio

2 End goal- Can we get stacks? Does the V have a strong second best hand? Is it more likely we will only get 2 streets of value as the V has a weaker range as they called 3 bets or where they the 3 bettor pre?

3 What is the board runout- Draw heavy? Dry? Low cards?

4 Do we have the range advantage? The nut advantage?

5 Is the V weak tight- weak loose- tight -loose?

6 How does the V see us tight- loose- bluffy?

7 Are we OOP or IP? Will that change the perception of our hand strength by the V?

Hope this helps

The biggest factors this will depend on are board texture and effective stack. For example, with an effective stack of 1.2x the pot and a coordinated board, I would usually just shove as an overbet.

If the effective stack is 2x pot and it’s a dry board, you would probably go 50% at most since you don’t need to worry about protection and this sizing sets you up comfortably for a river jam.
