Suggestions to improve concentration and emotional control during games?
Your emotions will always primarily depend on your psychological and physical state. Therefore, never start playing when you are in a bad mood, when you are upset or when you feel tired. Just play when you're in a good mood. In addition, during the game, you can choose suitable music for yourself, which can contribute to improving your concentration.

You just have to realize for yourself the cost of a mistake in the case of tilt. If the tournament is important to you, I think you should motivate yourself with a big money guarantee. But if it's an ordinary freeroll with a $50 guarantee and 2000 players, you will hardly find any motivation for yourself (unless it's at the late stages of the tournament). :)

1. Practice meditation: Meditation can help you improve your focus and control your emotions. Taking a few minutes to meditate before playing can be beneficial.
2. Set time limits: Limiting the time you spend playing poker can help you stay focused and avoid mental exhaustion.
3. Know your limits: It is important to know your own limits and know when it is time to walk away. Don't get carried away by emotions and learn to recognize when it is time to stop.
4. Exercise regularly: Physical exercise can help reduce stress and improve concentration, which can be beneficial for your poker games.
5. Get enough rest: Make sure you get a good night's sleep and get enough rest before playing. Lack of sleep can negatively affect your concentration and emotional control.
6. Consider seeking support: If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your mental health, consider seeking professional help or participating in support groups.
I hope you find these suggestions useful.

Everyone knows how to live correctly, but for some reason the vast majority live differently.:)

To control your emotions;

1: Play within your bankroll limits. Playing with money you can’t afford to lose will 100% affect your emotions.

2: Try to make what you believe is the best decision at the time. Think “if I make this call and lose, will I regret it later?”.. If you believe you made the right decision then that’s all you can do.

3: Take notes/screenshots of the times you gave someone a bad beat. We all tend to only remember and focus on the times we get bad beats handed to us. Got your KK cracked by JJ? Well last week you cracked AA with your AK after getting runner runner flush. But you happily accept that and move on, leaving it in your past. But if you were the one getting a bad beat you will remember it for a long long time.

To improve concentration ; sleep and eat well and try some relaxing exercise before every session.
