Pretty sure it's a 'she' & I get it... but I strongly disagree with it being a 'good exercise'.
I think time spent railing someone else's game would be of more value (ainec) & ...(or just watch the tables instead, late reg. with player reads & a full stack, lol).
I agree if we were talking about you or me - but I am under the impression we are talking about a starting point, as in beginner. Since they are prone to playing too many hands anyway I can see great value in this.
