i need cash game tutorial

i keep losing on the long run in cash games so i figured out that i suck at cash games
so what do i need now is a list of tips to follow and see if i will improve

i play 0.25-0.5 and 0.5/1 stakes
if anyone know a youtube channel with lots of this kind of videos available just put me on the right track please

to be honest i raise with lots of good cards and hit nothing on the flop and have no idea what to do
i think i take lots of wrong decisions especially when i dont have position

maybe too i dont try to push and steal blinds
i never 3bet except when i have premium hand

Try the game "one on one", there is less risk to lose, play 1.5 dollars, if you lose, the next 3 dollars.

There has to be some kind of leak. The answer may simply be that he's playing too high of a level.

Perhaps the OP should drop to .05/.10 as he works on finding any leaks and see if he's beating the level.
