I have heard a lot about fraud in online poker, this is when several players unite for a contractual game.
I heard a story that in an expensive tournament on the final table, one guy played against three players, he thought the game was strange, his three opponents never played with each other, when a strong hand came to him, they dropped, the game went as if these guys knew each other's cards, as a result, this guy flew out of the tournament on fourth place, and immediately his three opponents divided the prize money among themselves.

Scams exist in both real casinos and online poker. Unfortunately, this situation will continue to exist in both cases as long as some players capitalize more on a stolen advantage than on gained correctly.
Those who cheat are unable to win or may not have the necessary experience to play a certain type of poker.
However, they are willing to resort to any kind of trickery to keep their money in their account or multiply it. Sometimes their behavior is easy to identify even in an online game. Cheating methods include violating the rules of the game and the rules of the poker room or ignoring time. Although they do not realize, such cases do not resist because first of all they are easily identifiable and secondly the advantage brought is as small as possible. As a result, it will not be long before the casino or the online poker platform bans them and suspends the possibility of continuing to play there.
I encourage all the people to always play fair and don't worry, sooner or later, the cheaters will be caught. However, vigilance is the key to helping you not fall victim to deception.
Remember that luck is not made, it is earned!

If you think players are colluding/cheating report it to the poker site. Not really anything else you can do other than change poker sites.

While it can happen online, the site are looking at doing what they can do not allow it to happen. If you ever have a concern you should report it right away. If you playing in a tournament the odd's of it happing are small. 1st the players nee to be seated at the same tables and it wont happen enough to help them make money this way. The only time I have really beed concered and sure coluion was happening was in a wsop circuit event in Las Vegas.

I think we can all agree that wherever there is money there is cheaters. My school teacher once told me "cheats never prosper". I loved the old guy for that, he went on to be a judge too, sentencing every jerk in my town. I worry about cheating in poker as much as I worry about the length of my leg hairs and I know for a fact it goes on its just how you look at it from your own perspective.

Play zoom if your playing cash. Play mtt if instead of sitngos that's the only way and even then I'm sure some goes on. Live I've seen it too buddies not playing hard against each other. Checking big hands it's a joke and hard to say if there tipping there cards to each other

That is so true I see it all the time Live. Funnily enough I played in Blackpool(England) recently and me and the 3 guys I travelled with(one being my own brother) were all seated at the same table out of 200 entries!! Stitch up or what? I knocked my friend JACK out with a pair of JACKS vs his AQ. I luckily made a straight on the river but I was ahead to start. The very I next hand I drew KQ suited and made a small raise that my friend Liam called in BB, Flop 10 9 Q rainbow and I jammed. My friend took 5 minutes, told me he had AQ. I gave him my BEST genuine smile which I am sure made him fold, he called me some nasty things and folded. My brother went out shortly after, they all went out partying in Blackpools nightlife and when I eventually got knocked out I joined them using Blackpools lit up tower as my guide to find them. Kind of off the point but we played hard against each other and it was actually hilarious.
