The elements of draw strategy are:

1 equity- more equity more aggression

2 Board texture- better for your range than villains

3 Villain tendencies- villain can over shove our raise negating #1

4 # of villains in hand- the more villains in the hand the more equity we have so passive play on the flop with a draw has value if it gets other players to continue.

In an MTT tournament. I will usually jam when the villain raise. I still have a fold equity. If the villain call I'll pray that I will hit a draw.

Always, unless your opponent is VERY tight.
