How to play against uncomfortable opponents?

For example, when I put CB in a position with the Top pair and my opponent puts All-in at 70bb, although the pot is only 10bb.

I wish I could know it too. What I can tell, that usually they do that with overpair or two random pairs. Also they can do this with empty AK but when they shortstacked.
*Ah yes, and also they gamble with a flush draw like that.
