With this many players, it is statistically very unlikely that you are going to win, even if you are the most experienced player at the table. Say you only play hands where you are 80% likely to be the winner (which is usually much more than you will actually achieve). Even with this advantage, after 10 hands (and all in every hand) - you only have a 10% chance of still having chips left. BUT if you do, you will have lots of chips.
So, my advice, is to play lots of these freerolls BUT don't expect to make it to the final table very often. My BETTER advice is to look around and find some freerolls with far fewer players.

If you intend to win a Freeroll, due to the unusual opponents, your strategy should be the following: tight, solid, aggressive poker.
Play only good starting hands.
Make large raises and bets more than in a normal game.
If you have a good combination, bet, bet, and again bet.
If you have nothing, well, nothing can be done. Do not try to bluff.
