The help I can give you is to see the capture images
Your hand preflop has a 2 to 1 chance of winning.
If only a 2 comes up on the flop, your chances of winning are 28%.
I can understand that you have anger and insult yourself.
I advise you to watch videos on YouTube about mental coaches that explain tilt both for poker and for life itself.
You have to understand that this is a game of mathematical probabilities of winning, and the famous badbeats exist both in tournaments, and even more so for those of us who play cash.
We don't want them to happen, but they happen.
Greetings;););)

Certain things and hands will always tilt you, Happens to everyone including the pro's. Other things you'll just learn to accept and always expect the worst. And with a lot of practice, a couple mental game books you will learn how to control your emotions.

First od all You should know that Your strong hand willa not be strong if do not suit with flop. Of course having high cards will win on that case only if all players don't have nothing.
My short experience shows that i lost half deals having AA. I lost AA agains two pairs, flush or straight. This week I was playing my first Platinum freeroll. I got good place in top and only 32 players was left. I got AA and just rise. I didn't play all-inn, only rise. All most players foldl but one person call. Flop was 3-5-8 or something like that. Oponent rise- i played all-inn. I was sure he got highest pair with 8. He called me and show his hand 88. Win with set. I finish 31st. I i will be not active and jist wait and pass I AM sure i could have at least priced place. As I said - it was my first Platinum freeroll and I Play very well i think, but my end was sad.
I must learn a lot. Learn folding strong hands also. There is topic at forum: have You ever fold JJ preflop. This week i fold QQ before flop and IT was good choice - QQ souls lost with A because Ace was at the table.
I don't know what are You thinking when Play AKs, but I can tell You what I think with that hand called Monster 😁
I AM 100% sure that i will win and I call everything, also play all-inn preflop sometimes. And this is a mistake. There is no 100% win for any hand before flop. After flop sometimes You can have 100% strongest hand. Texas Holdem is a game where You got few parts of ever deal - preflop betting, after flop, after turn and after riva. I feel it like a dialogue between players and their language is a value of bet. So if i got AK i rise preflop saying ''I got Monser'' and player with 35 if calling he just say: '' Ok. You got high i got low- if flop will be łów maybe i will win". And then for example flop is 253. O course i AM able to rise, but when next player rerise or check-rise - I will understand it like: "haha flop is low and suit my little cards"
And this is the most important moment: You have to Ask Yourself: Do You believe him? If Yes- fold, if not- call. As I wrote - my mistake was to don't believe everyone. The true is, that players don't bluff too much. But how to guess when he bluff and when he got something good? You have to watch player before and notice what he shows before. Also IT is very important to remind how he Play this deal... Did he rise before flop? At what position he sit - if Big Blinds, Small Blinds or Burton IT is possibile he got that little cards. But if he rise pre flop UTG IT is difficult to believe that he got Small cards. You have to learn how to read the opponents. IT will help You to avoid tilt because You will wining. I think nobody can't feel tilt after playing all-in pre flop. You can also open casino roulette and try double You money betting Red or Black. IT is gambling not- playing poker.
I remember when I lost KK vs 33 . Flop was KJ3, turn was 3. Game over for me. My fullhouse was to Small. That day I lost seconda timer also having Kings vs 33. He got set 333 na I got only pair.
But remember - IT is alwayse nice to loose with CC member.
Od course answering Your questions: just win, Play better. Of course stop playing when You tilt and Your game is not good. Sometimes 15 minutes will help and sometimes one day can't help. Stop thinking about IT. Forget this lost deal asap. I alwayse loose whole firmament after one nad beat. IT is more easy to give advices than pit its in my own game heh.
The jest way is stop playing and do something You like to do... Music, video game, movie.. kids girl xd
And remember if they rise and Play all-in they probably got something do fold and there will be no tilt.

I agree with Yogo9.... wait... Yogo9? We was playing the same turnament and both should meet at the finatable - remember my Friend? Unfortunatelly I lost my good position because of one bad beat and my tilt. I got a problems with emotions. IT makes my game very difficult sometimes. So IT is very good to take care about our menthal health.
Also don't Play hungry, angry, tired because tilt comes morę oftwn then.

Is really difficult not to tilt, especially when you have 95% chances of winning before the river, but as you gain more experience you should be able of remain calm on those situations, is hard, and you can have like 20 years experience and still gonna tilt. But the way you response and keep playing is goin to be better.

I've been used to this for a long time. Over time, you will also stop paying less attention to this issue. It all depends on probability theory. Reassure yourself that after all, your hand defeats more than your opponent, and as a result, you are in the black.
