How to make the best out of your poker practice?

I started with loosing at Zoom then i got into that Tillt and ended up on a no limit holdem cash game and just lost it all. So its not all Zoom's fault.
I will get a book soon, Just checking wich one to buy.

No one said it's Zoom's fault - it's your fault for not knowing how to play Zoom. Don't know if you noticed, but that is not regular poker my friend. Probably a 5 VPiP
