How can I deal with the tilt?

Recently, I dealt with tilt in this way, I withdrew the rest of the bankroll to a bank card and decided not to play for the time being. No money - no losses.)))

The ideal is to get used to the bad beats. But it is really horrible to take one on the prize bubble. One piece of advice is to realize that they are part of the game. All players get bad beats occasionally.

I would suggest taking a sedative, then closing all poker windows and not going in for at least four days. Switch to a different activity not related to poker. Then, when you feel ready to play, try playing a couple of tournaments, if that's not enough, wait a little longer.

Dealing with tilt is not simple. Its also something you need to work on away from the game. I use medition to relax my self before playing most days. If your in a better mood starting it is less likly you will tild fast. I also listen to meditaion music when playing. When I started doing this several years ago I found my concentration on the game was better and I did not tilt very ofton.

Sometimes, if the tilt is not very painful and does not affect your focus, it just takes to stop or get out of the game for a little while, but sometimes if the tilt is very painful and you notice that you have lost focus, you should stop playing until you stabilize and recover your calm, and that may reach more than 3 hours or a day, or sometimes to a few days.
