For example, I'm very bad at tilt... I quarrel, hit the table with my fist...

i think, first what you need, it try to notice what trigger tilt, next step when you noticed stop playing, do some physical staff and return after.

Or you may just ask yourself, i enjoy enough playing or poker? or it not for me...

a good exercise is to take a deep breath and accept that poker variance can be cruel.
But if your case is more complex, I suggest you seek psychological help to better identify your case.

Just remember its a game and its part of it.
Take few seconds listen to music or do something to be fine again.

You have to find out why you are tilting. There are good books on this subject. Peak Poker Performance and The Mental Game of Poker are two that helped me.
Remember that the only thing that separates a table full of world class players is how each one handles tilt. The one that has a complete handle over it will always have the edge. Good luck!

Few steps
1. Take deep breath
2. /option/ Switch computer off.
3. Take responsibility for that, even if it wasn't your fault/ AA/KK stack off preflop lost 49rd in row
4. Plan what you're gonna do in similar situation in the future
5. have fun again / play with your most favorite mindset / if not possible jump to point no. 2

I take a deep breath, get up, stretch, and if it doesn't work, I go all in on connected cards. it usually doesn't work when tilti comes, I start playing with weaker cards.... to try to recover the chips.... laughs

For me, poker is entertainment. I never risk money that matters to me. Each of my buy-ins is the amount I can afford to spend, without any nerves or disappointment, for me it's like drinking a cup of coffee. And that's why I'm always calm, and I have pretty good results :)

It’s difficult to play when you’re unlucky, but time is your ally. After a bad game, if there is understanding in the game, then the time will come for victories.

I do a little push-ups, I walk away from the poker table and go get some fresh air after I got a little better and I left the tilt and then play poker again or bring myself something tasty and eat sweets so I don't get very angry also helps not to get angry

I usually stop playing the day I get sick. I only come back the next day, except when I'm doing really well at another table, but I end up leaving the tournament because of poor decisions.

Hi, ChemfromUKR :)
Nice to meet You :) - it is a very good question. You have to be a strong player, if You are thinking about this. I will tell You something: I do the same (i think) that others: play more aggressive. All hands. Very often ALL-IN! Also use emotes and chats. But never hate. I also normally chat (always cheer CC members). When i lost with CC Member I always try to wrote that "it is nice to lost with CC Member"
Why I play All-In non stop? Because I want to quite game. But I can give You my secret...
because I am little stupid fish and... I want to be a good poker player - I try to get as many as possible from every deal and every day. I do research. I am like a doctor :) My secret is that I do not play stupid all ins pre-flop.
I analyze the level of risk with specific starting hands. So I am betting some different % of POT (from 1% to all in). I marked some players and notice what hands they are able to call being at utg, mid, late etc... So even if I lost some chips - thinking in that way I got a very value knowledge about single players. Also it is similar for very huge group of people. To be honest - in my opinion, it is true that novices are very danger because of paying all hands.
Okey! I must stop! I could write and write, also speak and speak..(hmmm... maybe CC will make voice massages xD)
PS. I always tilt when somebody call me phone during playing tournaments.

I just scream loudly if I feel the need to, I haven't put any money to play in PS for a long time, I'm not a lucky person for online poker, I only play the free CC tournaments, and yet of the last 6 cc tournaments I've played I've been eliminated all in pre flop, I with AK my opponent with AJ for example, hands where I have a wide margin end up leaving, once it's good twice three times four times. Someday it will end and justice will be done

Manage the tilt to work in your benefit... Or... (Take advantage of the tilt by making it work in your favor.)

When I started I was like that too. Nowadays I still get angry, but I don't hit anything anymore.

I don't tilt because I don't care about things I have no control over. all I can do is focus on my decisions. whatever my opponents do or what the results are, are not up to me.

what you need to work on is your reaction and how you handle yourself because you do have control over that. hitting or breaking things over a standard loss in poker is dumb, especially when it's going to happen again and again, as long as you keep playing. there is nothing special about that. my aa loses the same 15-20% when all-in preflop, just like everyone else.

bad beats are not as bad as many players think they are, they're just amplified by how poorly many players handle it and/or the poor decisions they make.
