In cash games you have the privilege to leave your table at any time, which is something you can't do in tournaments. So use that to your advantage when you notice you are playing bad.
Taking breaks is something you should do anyways, tilted or not, because otherwise you will fall back into playing your B and C game after only a few hours of grinding.

I always take a short break after a bad beat if I can. If im in a tournament and cannot leave I fold the next few hands unless they're strong holdings and evaluate the hand that got me frustrated.

Deal with tilt by taking a break. Can try reading "The Mental Game of Poker".

As long as you are making the right moves you cannot get mad when you lose to a 2 outer. It is going to happen.
