Its not possible to build a bankroll playing freerolls. The reason is, that the definition of a bankroll is, its an amount of money, which will allow a winning player to continue playing with minimal risk of going broke (like >1%). But if you play freerolls, you dont know, if you are a winning player, and therefore its not possible to have a bankroll. You can create a balance in a poker account playing freerolls, but that does not mean, you have a bankroll.
Kindly disagree of you dear mate. And also respectfully disagree: it is possible to build a bankroll playing freerolls, it just requires a lot of patience and self control.
“If we do play freerolls we don’t know if we are a winning player” is questionable: there are many good players here that also play freerolls, needless to point fingers but just quoting Martin, Debi, Shells (I never saw Tammy playing it), Freddy, Poker Orifice, Gustav Poker, ufff there are dozens of them, I’m not including myself in this list because, as you know, I recognize publicly that I’m loser and out of the tables for a couple of years.
I know you meant to say something different about it, and I’m not being extreme here, it’s just the way you put your words might be harmful and not constructive for players that are beginning and desire to build a solid bankroll.
So it is possible to build a bankroll playing freerolls and there are plenty of good players that waste their times doing it.
Thanks for your posting!
