Well one positive thing is that you know what the problem is and that is the first step toward making some positive changes that will help you deal with tilt in a better way. In my experience putting tile in check is hard to do and it takes a lot of time. It takes a day to day effort by you to keep your goal to over come your tilt on your mind all you can. This is the same way I fought my serious tilt problem and it took me 6 months before I felt like I could handle the things at the table that cause players to tilt in the place. Don't get me wrong, I was playing poker every day, and it's the best place to test yourself when something happens that makes you want to blow.Try your best to catch yourself and think about what you are trying to do. It will get easier with time. But in no way ever let yourself believe you would never tilt again. I thought that and I told many players that I had really over come that devil but about 3 week ago I got me a real eye opener. and I went to the bottom for a whole week and I just stayed there and rolled in all the anger, self pity, confusion, and many more just like I loved it and I had a right to say to hell with it all. Anyway, I got over it with the help from the members here. I think it was good for me to see just how fast that shit could hit the fan, and to see just how weak I am when I'm face to face with a serious problem and I could not or would not lift a hand to help myself. Yep it's a lesson learned the hard way. Well GL to you
