SO playing poker stars today and I go all in with flush on flop and pair of Jacks. Opponent has a straight and I was awarded only a pair of Jacks...how in the world can poker stars software be rigged or corrupt.

You didn't have a flush. Easy mistake to make while learning omaha, you have to use 2 cards from your hand and 3 from the board.

Probably best not to jump to "rigged or corrupt" conclusions when you're learning a new game. :D

Unlucky if you went all in on the flop as you still had him beat at that point in time, and villain was likely chasing their flush as well.
