Help with a hand

Hi everyone. I'm fairly new to online poker and I'm trying to understand how I lost this hand. Supposedly the opponent beat me with a straight to A but I dont get it lol. Was that rigged or something? Any help is appreciated

Is this one of those poker Apps?

It looks like you should have won this hand, you both had a pair of Kings with an Ace kicker but your third card is a Queen where the villain's third card is a 9. There is no way anyone has a straight in this hand, especially an Ace-high straight since there is no Jack or 10.

In Hold'em the best 5-card hand wins and you can use any combination of your hole cards and the community cards to make your hand.
