Heads up No limit regular enquiry

Hi everyone/anyone, new chap here - just started learning poker (2 months ago). I'm under the impression that specialising is the best route. I've played two games so far, on pokerstars. I came 4th out of 45 players for $5.11 back from my $1 entry on NLHE regular, and have just played and lost $1.50 in a game of heads up regular. My $1500 lasted 30 mins! Good fun. So I have a basic grasp. Ok, a 'very' basic grasp; however, I'm currently reading Annie Duke's Heads up book - lovin' it - and want to know where are good places to play heads-up - tournament only - for low stakes - in the UK? Annie Duke is a hack that needs income so she wrote a book and does speaking when she is not qualified to do so. Learn heads up from watch Dan Jungleman Cates. Also isnt HU tournament a contradictory structure. Why not just do HU cash where you pick the opponets,leave when things get deep.

Go on YouTube and search Jungleman HU strategy - there is a seminar he done a few years back on HU specials - he’s abit awkward - but he’s pretty good

I think, while I'm learning, that HUNL regular tournaments are a safer route than cash.
