are hands like A-9 , A-8 , A-7 even any good to shove with when low stacked ?

is it even protifable to push there ?

i mean often when i do that i get called by AK lol

maybe wait as long as possible for a strong hand like at least AJ ? even if you have almost no bb left anymore

You find yourself with 10BB or less, how long are you going to be able to set around waiting for a "good hand". Doubling up with 2 or 3 bb doesn't really buy you much time & even if you get a nice hand 1010, JJ AK, there is no guarantee it's going to hold up.

I think so, depending on the situation, with 10 or less big blind, even A6, A5 are good hands to bet all your chips.

Just assume you are getting called everytime you shove... Does that change your actions? If not keep doing it... but realize it works everytime until the last.. and when you get called 85% of the time you will be dominated...

I fold hands like that, especially in early positions. You’d be surprised how long you can stay afloat in a game waiting for the right hands, position or players to make your shove.

Yes, pretty much any A when you're short stacked. The blinds are eating you up and you have to do something. I've heard many times on tv by commentators to do this and have gotten so low in tournaments "waiting for a good starting hand". Good luck!

It seems to me that 10 blinds is still a very convenient stack with which you can play normal poker.
I'd only go all-in with this hand if I had a few blinds left, next hand it's my turn to post the big blind and there's no hope I'll make a good hand.
