I don't know if I actually go on tilt but I have been known to fume after a beat particularly to hands that people have no business in the hand with in the 1st place.. Depending on the extent of the beat or beats it can usually be offset with a drink or in extreme cases I take a walk..

Had someone give me a valium once, took it, played a 5.5 buy in on 888 poker. Didn't tilt for one of the first times ever. Ended up winning the tourney $1200. Never tried it again, but curious if it was a coincidence or if it actually helped me. I do have PTSD though.

The only way how I deal with tilt is stop playing for a some time.
It can be hours,days,weeks... how long do i need to feel myself comfortable again in game.
Also im trying to improve my mental discipline manyways.
Trying to see whole picture of my gameplay, analyzing my mistakes...

tilt the problem but patience is it to be so prevalent in the game...
when you lose your hand in a stupid way, remember how you might have won something from nothing;)
