Good training for 3-max spin n go?

I've recently become hooked on 3-max spin n gos.
It is like crack.
I'm doing OK...winning but not a lot.
Any links to good sites or pages specific to this format? I'd like to read up on various strats.
Or is this game just gambling?
Seems like good practice for end game final table...
