I often face the problem that I can not play poker for a long time, 2-3 hours, and then the strength just disappears, although I understand that there will be tournaments for 8-10 hours, how to train such endurance, are there any good tips?

Maintain a good routine, do breathing exercises, physical activities, eat light foods, this will help you have more energy to face a long session.

Endurance will come to you only with experience. Now you can play for 2-3 hours, in a year you will play for 4-5 hours, and in 5 years, you will be able to play for 8-10 hours without any problems. It's all a matter of time, your patience, perseverance and experience.

I suppose mediative exercises will be of benefit...not only physical stamina is needed but mental and emotional fortitude.

I suppose that over time you acquire that strength to be able to play, at the beginning I couldn't last more than an hour, after the hour my mind was on the floor, I went with any hand I expected luck, I didn't like to stop.
Nowadays, after feeling tired or lazy, I work so as not to have my past mistakes

You get better by playing.

I started with one table, and at my peak, played 6-8 tables fast shorthanded Cash NLH for often 12 hours straight. Sometimes longer.

Specific training is the best training.

I don't see the problem. Play for a couple of hours, then take a nap.
