there's a few ways to tilting....
One you can easily get rid of.....another which is harder.....

The first is just poker related.....you feel comfortable, feel good, get it in with a good hand and lose to a 1 or 2 outer, or whatever....
Shit....gives you a bad feeling, but easy to overcome because you know you did the right thing......
If you can't accept that....stop playing for a while.....

The latter though , is much more complicated, because.....
......many people don't realise they are already tilting before starting to play....

Many people think of tilt like smashing their mouse to the wall, getting aggressive in any kind of ways, but it's not like that....

Basically every kind of mood you have besides being 100 % focused on the game, is a form of tilt.....
Coming home after a day of hard work and trying to relax with a game of poker.....nice, but your mindset is not 100 % ok, because you want to relax and poker does not allow relaxing.....you must be sharp.....

Had a hard time at your job and once at home start a game to teach that other players a lesson ??? You are already tilting.....

Your life is miserable and you want to forget by playing poker ? ....you already start tilted....

guys/gals.....take this one lesson from me....poker is about making decisions.....
These decisions should be made on the information you have.....the cards, the opponents and their chipstacks and their behaviour at the table.

Tilt should never play a role, at least not your tilt, otherone's tilt is welcome, but keep in mind....if you play without being 100 % focused, you are basically starting a game while being on tilt.

I try that one bad beat not affect me, so is it this game..
The key to one Bad beat do not get the worst of us, it is to set a goal to play your best every time. Avoiding actions that discourage and to watch constantly our bankroll can also help.

I wanna know, because sometimes I tilt, others no...

I do, especially in cash games..
I would stop playing for a few minutes atleast before returning to the table. that way i dont waste my bankroll or do something stupid

sometimes i got tilt by bad beat by 4 card flush or 4 card straight.
It depends on the number of chip i loose.
If i loose big stake of chips then i start playing tight and think that play to dlubble up. if not loose too many chips then play normal game and try to take a revange from that player but not on foolinsh way.
