Do you think beginners can only play with good hands or should play with any two too?

I think its better for beginners to play with strong hands and also dont play so many hands before the flop...I think the biggest mistake of many beginners is, that they play to man hands and hunting f.ex. draws on the bord loosing lot of chips and get bust...

You need to be able to play with all hands, and it is preferable to play those hands in which you are confident! Sitting and just waiting for a premium hand to play is not always an advantage against an aggressive player.

Always good hands?

Hey Erik,

For most people it makes sense to start with a tighter strategy so that the decisions after the flop are more clear cut.

When you start with solid preflop ranges (which you can find on the charts at many poker coaching sites) you'll find that playing after the flop becomes much easier and straightforward.

Best price for getting charts and a whole lot of training is probably pokercoaching.
Here's an offer to get a nice discount and bonus http://pokercoachingoffer.com

Playing any 2 can be exciting but it will get you into lots of really troublesome spots after the flop and will more likely than not be kind of setting yourself up for failure.

Hope that helps!

Beginners should practice playing basic straightforward ABC poker until they learn more about the game(s) they are playing, and have developed more complicated skills and strategies. Only then should they venture outside of their comfort zone and be more creative and experimental with the game.
