What are the chips stacks and blind levels?

How many players are at the table and was there any action in front of you?

What is your position at the table?

My opinion

The question is are we trying to win or not. If your trying to win then its best to go all-in when ace and queen havent flopped in a while and you havent won with an ace queen in three times. You folded the previous two. If your not trying to win but give it a fair bet to GOD cause of a population problem. Figure in other probabilities so its like your first time ever flipping the cards for GOD.
