Back to the point... except when I played cash games and the
bluff hands that showed 72o, we got 1 blind from each player at the table, I don't usually use this line much.
It's an indisputably weak hand, but it can win like any other. AA loses to a 72nd more than 10% of the time. It's scary!
In poker your cards will only matter at showdown... what do your range and actions represent?
If you play MTT for example and showed a solid image throughout the regular phase. You could play your 72o (preferably in position because we won't exaggerate) as if it were an AK or any other strong representation.
Even with all that said, I ask.
Is it even worth winning a pot to show a 72o at showdown?
I then the simple fact of going against the
odds should already represent an impediment.
