Yes, that can be annoying. One has to be patient because at some point, they'll be our of the spin and go.

I just let them play and only call if I have a higher pocket pair or an AK for example.

If you're looking to play Spins with any sort of regularity you should check out the ranges on GTOWizard. It should give you optimal shoving and calling ranges and from there you can work out what sort of adjustments you should make based on the population pool you are playing in.

I dont play spin and go' s and not sure what would be the best way to handle this spot but normally when playing if they are really going all in all the time and I meant 60%+ I will call lighter than normal taking a calculated risk to double up depending on stack size and where we are in the tournament.

In spin goes you have different ranges, there is a shoving range for 20bb deep and less, and usually s&g is 15 deep, so you can run those ranges in flopzilla or eqlab and see for if you are ev+ with which hands. To be exploite, you will have to analyse villains' ranges and have an asumption on these.

I rather see always if other call and see what cards they are playing with all in. If they play just for quick win with bad cards there is really only lots of luck in queston because in my case on these kind of sittuations. I wait for good hand like suited JQ and opponent haves like not-suited 3&K. At flop you get flush with 3 in there, then comes 4th card, also 3 and last... BAM ANOTHER 3 and opponent geta 4 of a kind! 😅👏👏👏
