Something like this really depends upon stack sizes, the opponent and position. E.g. If you raise 3xBB from MP with AKs and someone in the blinds shoves for 15BBs it's worth calling as you're usually ahead or it's a race.
Another example could be if you're deep stacked and the button shoves a wide range hoping to pick up blinds and antes you'd be better off calling with a wider range than normal otherwise villain will continuously pick up your blinds and antes and keep growing his stack. I'd be calling with PPs above 77+ and AK-A9 and KQ-KT. Maybe even QJ and JT if villain is shoving really wide.
It all depends on the opponent, stack sizes and position. Don't be calling a shove if you're deep stacked and it isn't a Turbo/Super Turbo with a wide range.

It depends on the position, but when you have good position this AA KK DD AKs AKo ADs. It depends on the number of people involved in the hand

this depends on the villan, the effective stack size, and your tourney equity

if you have 1000 blind effective stacks you cannot call with 22, but if you have 5 bbs and the villan is playing every hand you can call with 22
