what ever u do to avoid hurting your bank roll, you should make sure your BR is 100x the buyin or the stakes so when bad beats happen it wont significantly damage your BR. kudos and gl

This happens when you have nothing to do besides playing poker... You should do more things in your life and take poker just as a free time activity, play for certain amount of time no matter how is your game going today (may quit faster if its really bad).

How no to lose all your money? Simply dont do it.
There is no other way, just control yourself, is it that hard?

If its hard for you to control yourself, start doing combat sports where you can express your negative feelings and trust me after some time spent doing martial arts or combat sports, your self control will be much much better

There isn't much surefire ways to handle tilt because I to have gone through it many times and its painful to lose your bankroll.

My suggestion would be actually to just keep playing, of course not every second but not give up.

I tell myself one of these days I will end up at the top no matter what it takes.

This isn't a poker question, its more personal because it is about your personality.

You just can't get that fired up. You need to realize that it's just a game and there is a million other things you could shut your computer and do. You just have to stop playing.
