I've noticed that Brasilians also have their own style. A7os = ALL IN. I think that if the dealer will deal just 1 card to Brasilian player and it will be Ace, he will tell the dealer that it's enough, no need for the second card cause Santa Maria and Jesus Christ told him to cross his fingers and that's why 3 more aces are coming on the flop.
I think that everything comes from education. In countries with good and accessible education it's simple for the students to climb high in life.
For example... Western Media says that Western Universities are the best in the world. USA and UK have well advertised universities where education costs a lot of money. In Russia they give free or almost free education to their students, they're not comparing their universities with western world, but for some strange reason, russian students take 1st places at maths, physics, programming olimpic games each year. Idk what's better to have a educational system that costs $20-100K per year at university or to have a different system where education is free for those who want to study, but obviously the number of people who want to be smart is huge, but the number of rich people isn't that huge. In result rich person can have access to knowledge in some countries, but in other countries it's not the rich person, but the smart person... Eduction means discipline, and discipline is important to learn poker and to play it well. That's why we see some difference in the game style of players from different countries. We see a reflection of education and social systems... Since Canada was many times on top of the best countries for living and for expansion of human potential, I believe that this fact has a reflection in the list of the best poker players.
