i was playing a tournament and i wondered if it is always okey to shove at the button if it is folded to you. Are there something you need to think about before you shove?

As a general rule? Then I say no. Why put myself in a position to lose my stack or get severely hurt as a rule? Have to assess how often the blinds are protecting the blinds and with what are they protecting? I would raise a lot more often in that situation, but not shoving.

Shoving in the button position needs care and not done on nothing hands, you need some values. Some players will argue that the button player has a voluntary bet, while the blinds do not. Remember it is still your two cards against theirs. Raising is a much better bet.
