The biggest mistake I have when I'm in the first place in the tournament, I try to put pressure on the players with my stack, a good card does not come for a long time, I start to lose and quickly descend from the first place.
I'm the exact opposite! I'll sit too cautiously on a big stack until the blinds (and everybody else) catch(es) up suddenly my 97bb stack is nearly down to 33bb!

Won a ticket to an online tournament that I was particularly keen to play. It started very early in the morning new zealand time. Told all my friends and family that I did not want to be interrupted before midday, at the earliest.

Set my alarm for 4pm instead of 4am, so missed out. I think I may have said a few naughty words.

1. playing too many tables at the same time. 2. Not studying the players so I know when and what to play. 3. getting mad about losing one 1 table so go all in on all the others :)

My big mistake is no patience in the tournament and the game of home senior couples when on the table came out a higher card than my pair.

Great topic! Good to see I'm not the only one battling with these things. My biggest mistakes are:

1. Being too careful at times, folding too much. Opponents might pick this up and use it against me. I really don't like the pressure.

2. bluffing. I rarely bluff but when I finally decide to do so, I can't let it go even though my opponent calls. I usually end up losing my whole stack in those situations with complete air.

3. Crying calls. Calling a big bet on river even though I know deep inside that I am most likely beat.

4. Lack of patience when I'm card dead.

5. Losing my mind against annoying fishes and not believing they have something, causing me to play my mediocre hands way too aggressively against them and then losing when they actually have it.

This he meant.
Tilt- is the state of the poker player caused by strong emotions from wins or losses, in which he plays in an uncharacteristic style and starts to make a lot of mistakes in the game.

That is, that's the biggest problem for poker playes when therir emotions are intensified after sudden loss of large part their chips and then they play uncontrollably!!

... underestimation of enemy forces for a reason.and what
almost never I believe in the strength of the hand of particularly aggressive opponents and, therefore, an unnecessary bluff with bad cards.
... a bad game with good cards and , therefore,a problem with AK.
...And of course, it's not all.:)

Jacks are evil... for one reason or another, if I have pocket jacks, I lose the majority of the time. I've taken more bad beats on pocket jacks, than any other hand.

In the poker zone

I think we all strive to be in the poker zone when we play to try and achieve long term success and it seems to me that when your making the best decisions at the table it means hours of paying attention to every detail and trying to play mistake free poker as best as possible. It also takes a lot to loose big hands and not get tilted but always remember that every hand is its own hand and has no relationship with your previous loosing hands and your really killing your self if you let it affect your play. I find that if im about to go on tilt walking away and really breathing taking a few mins to relax and find my focus again does wonders to not going on tilt as easy. At the time that I am just focused on how I can get back into my killer poker mindset and not let anyone or any hand stop me from winning or at least playing my A game so that I give myself a chance to win. I think taking your time to make decisions is also very important and not always done. So good luck to everyone in your game and hope that any of this helps and always remember poker is just a game it has luck and should be a lot of fun and part of not getting tilted is not taking your life so seriously.

1) To play with AA, QQ, KK, JJ or any premium hand in the buble.
2) Bluff with many players on the hand.
3) When I continue with a hand with little bit probability to win.
