The best option for AA is a raise or an Olline, because you can get to 2 pairs to lose everything and fly out of the tournament or in the cash game to get big money when the flop is revealed, AA though a strong pair but it happens and misses many times

I think that this hand is better to play pre-flop. In general, it increasingly depends on the position, stage of the tournament and the size of the stack
