Best stradegy when flop is not playing to your big cards

I found recently that I get days where the flop is missing all my big cards such as pockets, AK AQ AJ QK J10 A10 K10

do you play with weird hands like 8 10, 84, 9 10, 5 6, 8 9.

I tend to play on the rare cards like this aswell as still trying on my big cards.
