Starting hands are so much more important in PLO than NL especially in 3 bet pots.
JhTh9c8s is so much better a hand than TT99r when playing multiple villains in big pots.
AKKTr is a better hand in a 3 bet pot than KKTTr etc etc etc.
V tendencies also play a big part in hand selection -hands we would 3 bet in 200PLO we would fold in 50PLO.
Luuk Botter has some great youtube videos he is a coach on Jnandez's team- check out Jnandez low limit videos- PLO low limit and high are 2 very different forms of PLO.
There are some twitch streamers who do coaching streams check those out. Jnandez does as well.

Biggest mistake I see in Holdem players moving over is playing hands that all 4 cards don't work together, but it looks like a good Holdem hand is in there. AK94 is hot garbage, T987 is nice.
If you're playing a pair you're looking to make top set, and break a smaller one. This game is about the river and making the nuts versus second or close to second nuts.
