Bad run, tilt. How you avoid these things?

Ye shit happens some times , but it's not the end of the world.
These things wont last for ever , you will recover from it , if you take days off may be weeks to relax and try to study your bad hands.
Also you have to work on your state of mind , it's so important not to tilt while running bad , or you will end up losing your band roll.

Tilt, Bad Beats, Happen to all players good and bad. One way to beat Tilt is to walk away and get a breath of fresh air, always helps me to sit outside gather my thoughts, analyse where I played wrong then go back and play again. if it keeps happening give it a rest for a day or two.
Good bankroll Management is paramount to beating this, and don't play after a night out, I once lost $50 on a game after a night on the beer, I thought I had registered for a 50 cent game and later realised it was $50 buy in.

You can't avoid them. I had about a week like that. I knew my AA, KK was not going to be good. I had KK cracked many, many times. Also I would get it in when I dominated, Like I had AJ v A7 and 7 would hit. But many, many times these things would happen over many days. My KK against JJ and J o the river (but I knew it was coming), over and over again. I thought it wasn't statistically probable, that it was some sort of joke. I told myself as long as I was getting it in good it's ok, but it didn't feel ok!!!
But, today I played and some things worked out and I ended up getting 12th in a tourney out of over 400 people so maybe things are looking up.
Hang tough and stay the course, and try and not lose too much when things are not going your way.
