Yeah I agree, both shoves were good moves. I think the odds are all covered, but what I can say is AQ has always been the most evil hand to me... lost more money with these two than any other hand, I think...my eleanor... doesn't mean I won't play the next time I get them though...

Don't know if I can drop the link but it was a popular poker odds calculator.

imo, better to download pokerstove ( www.pokerstove.com ), free application for checking equity against hand ranges. In the Instructional Videos subforum, jilly posted a vid about how to use it.

Oddly, I stoved those hands and came up w different numbers, but the difference was miniscule (<1% in each case).

Had exactly the same shove & call situation running deep in a 6max $3.30 tournie last night.

M's of about 5 and 6 for me and him respectively.

He flopped trips, I hit my ace, next card was another ace but no boat for me on the river :(
