Yes. I folded QQ also in the past. Even when I know the guy's range is narrow where he can have AQs, depending in tournament and payout structure, I folded. I folded QQ to AKs. When i have good enough M zone, i dont want to risk the entire stack over a coinflip.

Yes. When it's about making money or laddering up (same thing) folding JJ is an easy decision. There are so many situations where JJ is behind or will be. Remember, they're just cards.

Is it true that the JJ have a curse when we are close to the awards? or in final table
I prefer JJ over KK any time. Not kidding. Now folding JJ in many situations is not that hard and is part of the reason I like them. They are also easy to play post flop as well in my opinion. Kings on the other hand are nearly imposable to fold pre flop and even post unless an Ace is out there they become much harder to fold.

If you see a raise then a re-raise from two tight players what are you going to do with JJ?
Y ou have to decide what sort of range your Villains are likely holding.
JJ is vulnerable to AA, KK ,QQ, and these are tight Villains so really you are calling to set mine.
This is an instance where dumping JJ is correct.

Agree. This is a hand that needs to be played carefully.

Yeah with a player covering me went all in and I was near the bubble. Fold and wait for better could have Premium hand easily or just get lucky and knock you out, not worth it

Yes. JJ is flipping in many situations against AQ+ and an underdog against QQ+. So it's a disciplined fold.

However, if the opponent is loose and has lower pocket pairs in his range, then JJ is a call.

Yes, I even fold pocket AA, especially in tournament, you have no idea how many times I lost with pocket AA, KK, QQ, JJ in bubble against marginal hands, but all depend of how the people in your table play.

Many times. Especially when I'm at early position and close to bubble.

Look guys, as long as you see comments like this, the question "is poker still profitable?" You know the answer is still an obvious yes

It's nothing strange to fold JJ preflop especially if you in the bobble or already in cash. There are many better hands than pocket JJ.

It always depends on the stack size, position, playing style of the opponents. Bet and 3bet are indications that JJ is not necessarily +EV. And that's why, of course, it's been thrown into the muck several times.

Looking at the stack, JJ and QQ often lose.

good starting hand but is it top? if, for example, in the raise range the opponent has AA, AK, or for example is ready to play, at best, he can, for example, against AD
